Check-in was fast and easy Sam was very helpful and made the process smooth. The elevator was from out of this world which was pretty unique in my opinion. The room was clean and comfortable. The Maid service was superb as well. I didn't get a chance to eat the breakfast but Over all a great job.
Room was clean. Early check in was granted at 11am. Staff is friendly and helpful. House keeping was everyday. Snacks and coffee was for breakfast free of charge. Parking is available. There is an elevator. It’s not too far from Palace of fine arts and Golden gate view points. We’re glad to stay here.
We had a fantastic stay. Parking is first come first serve. Room 201 with two full sized beds had a tiny kitchen type are. Room 302 with the king sized bed was nice as well. It was pretty quiet as well. We left our car here and used scooters and waymo.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The staff was friendly and always ready to help. The location is convenient, and the check-in process was smooth and easy. It’s also a great place for families — the room and the area are very comfortable and safe for children. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!
It was a clean, nice hotel. The service was good and the people kind. My main complaint was no where to hang towels in the bathroom but other than that it was perfect for 4 adults traveling to San Francisco without a car. The location was safe and within walking distance of several restaurants and sites. There are also several bus stops nearby.
Stayed here for spring break. Rooms were fabulous and updated for a modern feel. Parking was fantastic. Close to a lot of tourist spots. I could see the top of the golden gate bridge. Beds were comfy.. bathroom was small but adequate. There was a fridge n microwave. I would definitely stay here again.

It definitely is a great value for the money. The rooms are clean, it has free first come, first serve parking, it offers a simple continental breakfast. Obviously, considering the price, the breakfast would not be fabulous (it is coffee, pastries, juice). If you don't need parking, you might find a better place. But I myself would come back to this hotel again because it is worth the money.
